THE FINE PRINT

Extra nights: If you choose to visit Grafton early, or decide to stay longer, additional nights at the inn are available for $179 single, and $199 double, which includes room and breakfast, and taxes and gratuities.

Companions: You are more than welcome to bring a companion who is not participating in the workshop, for the cost of $565.  This includes a shared room, all meals, and taxes and gratuities for three nights.

Additional person in room: For those wishing to attend the workshop, and share a room as a third person, the cost is $765.  This includes a shared room for three, all meals, and taxes and gratuities for three nights, along with the 2 ½ day workshop.  The cost for each of the first two people in the room will remain at the double rate of $895.

Payment: A 50% deposit is due upon registration, with the total amount due on or before June 1st, 2012.  If you prefer, you are welcome to pay in full when registering.

Method of Payment: Payments may be made through my U.S. colleague, Gay Travers, who is organizing the event in Vermont.  Following your registration, she will contact you with details on how to proceed. You may make a payment by check in U.S. dollars, or by credit card (VISA, MC, Discover) in any currency.

Cancellations: Unfortunately, there will be no refunds available after April 14th.  If you must cancel, and are able to find a replacement, a full refund will be given (minus a processing fee of $110).
